How to Start Deep Focus
Deep Focus is one of Focusaur's key features, built to help you put your phone down and block out phone distractions so you can focus on what truly matters. To redeem your Deep Focus hours, you can use either a Focusaur device or the Focusaur app.
Reward Redemption Guidelines
1. Redeem with Your Monthly Deep Focus Time
Use the Deep Focus time you complete within the current calendar month to unlock a reward tier: 50H, 100H, 200H, or 300H. You may redeem one reward from any tier that your monthly Deep Focus time qualifies for.
2. One Redemption Per Month
Each Focusaur account is eligible for one reward redemption per calendar month. Deep Focus hours do not carry over to the next month and will reset for reward eligibility at the beginning of each new month. Redemption Period: October 1–December 31, 2026.
3. How to Submit Your Redemption
Submit your Focusaur account email, select the Mystery Box you would like to redeem, and provide your shipping address if you are redeeming a physical reward in the United States. Please make sure your monthly Deep Focus time meets the required threshold before submitting.
4. Review & Fulfillment
The Focusaur Team will review your submission within 3 business days. If your redemption is approved, we will arrange shipment and send the tracking information to you by email. If your account has not yet reached the required Deep Focus threshold, we will contact you by email.
5. Mystery Box Rewards
Each Mystery Box contains one randomly selected item from the available reward pool for that tier. Specific products are subject to availability and cannot be selected or guaranteed.
6. Regional Availability
Physical Mystery Box rewards are currently available only to users with a U.S. shipping address, as rewards are fulfilled from the United States. Users outside the U.S. may redeem Focusaur Gift Cards instead. Gift card value earned across different months may be accumulated and used together toward a future purchase on Focusaur.com.
7. Reward Policy
Promotional reward items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cash redemption, or standard after-sales service.
Eligibility and Deep Focus time will be verified using Focusaur account records. In the event of any questions or discrepancies, Focusaur’s official records and program terms will apply.
